1. About the Service

Ddolketmon is a free Pokémon fan site created and operated personally by ZZXXCCVV. It is not a commercial service run by a company; it began as something made to enjoy with family and is shared publicly.

This is an unofficial fan site and is not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures. All rights in Pokémon names, images, characters, and related material belong to their respective owners.

2. Access and cost

The Service is free to use. Most features work without a registered account. Signing in with Google is optional and helps preserve your Pokédex when you change devices.

3. An honest note about data retention

Because this is a free service operated by an individual, we cannot promise that data will be stored permanently. Records may be lost in particular when:

• You use the Service without signing in and then clear browser data or change devices.
• You use a private browsing window and then close it.
• The Service is discontinued.

If you value your collection, signing in with Google is safer. Even then, the Service should not be treated as a backup service.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Sending large numbers of automated requests; server costs are paid personally
• Using abusive language, attacking others, or entering another person's personal information in a leaderboard name
• Entering content in chat that is likely to make others uncomfortable
• Exploiting vulnerabilities to manipulate data or harm the Service or other users

If this conduct is detected, related records may be removed or access may be restricted without prior notice.

5. Game records

Pokédex collections and scores exist only for entertainment and have no monetary value. Numbers may change while accounts are merged or records are repaired and are not eligible for compensation. Please report clear errors, such as the same Pokémon being counted twice, so they can be corrected.

6. Changes and discontinuation

Features may change or be removed without notice. If the Service must close entirely, we will provide advance notice where reasonably possible.

7. Limitation of responsibility

Pokémon information is based on public data from PokeAPI and may be inaccurate. AI chat responses may be incorrect and should not be relied upon as facts. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of this free Service.
